Refund Policy — 1×1 & Group Coaching Sessions

We are committed to delivering exceptional coaching and want you to feel comfortable transacting with us. Due to the nature of digital and coaching services (which become accessible immediately upon purchase), we maintain a 7-day refund policy starting from the date of purchase.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with the product or coaching you purchased, please complete the Refund Request Form below.

When a FULL REFUND may be considered

A full refund may be considered within 7 days from the date of purchase depending on the circumstances and after review of your Refund Request Form. Filling and submitting the form is required to initiate review.

    Situations in which NO REFUND will be given

    • If the first session is scheduled within 7 days of payment and you do not attend that first session, no full or partial refund will be given. We will, however, help facilitate re-scheduling the introductory session depending on coach availability.
    • If you decide to cancel or discontinue for any reason after 7 days from the date of payment, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you genuinely need coaching before purchasing.
    • If you decide to quit after taking one or more sessions, no refund will be made for sessions already delivered.
    • Sessions must be completed within the validity period of 3 months from the date of registration. If you fail to show up for more than two appointments we may cancel your subscription so the coach’s time can be reallocated; in that scenario no refund will be issued. You are welcome to re-opt for packages and restart your journey.
    • We reserve the right to change appointment times/slots when necessary with mutual consent.
    • If you are not present at the assigned time, the coach will wait a maximum of 10–15 minutes and then cancel the session. To reschedule you must email support and wait for the next available slot. Failure to give at least 12 hours’ notice before a booked slot may result in loss of that 60-minute session from your package.
    • Sessions are usually scheduled once per week. The coach may select available time slots; you can request an earlier slot but the coach retains final decision on scheduling.

    Please consider before purchasing: Coaching is a commitment — refunds are limited due to the immediate access to coaching services and coaches’ reserved time. If you are unsure, contact us at support@thetransformationlounge.com before buying so we can help you choose the right package.
