Refund Policy for 1-1 & Group Coaching Sessions

The Transformation Lounge is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our services upon purchase, there is a 7-day refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, please fill out this form.

REFUND REQUEST FORM







    • If we have scheduled the 1st session within 7 days from the day of your payment and you haven’t attended the 1st session there won’t be full or partial refunds be made to you. But we will facilitate re-scheduling the 1st introductory session depending on the convenience of the coach.
    •  If you decide to cancel or discontinue for any reason after 7 days of your payment No refund will be initiated.  Kindly ensure that you really need coaching sessions before making the payment.
    • If you decide to quit for any reasons after taking one or more sessions No refund will be made.
    • You are advised to complete all the sessions under the validity period of 3 months from the date of registration. If there’s no show for more than 2 appointments, We may need to cancel your subscription to be able to allot the Coach’s time for other coaches. In this scenario, no refund will be made to you.  However, you’re welcome to re-opt for the packages and restart your journey.
    • We hold the choice to change your appointment time and slot if necessary with mutual consent
    • If you are not present at the assigned time, the coach will wait for a maximum of 10-15 minutes and then cancel it. In order to re-schedule the session, you will need to send an email and wait for the next available time of the coach. You must tell the coach at least 12 hours before the booked slot, failing to do so will cancel your 60 minutes from the package
    • Usually Session is scheduled with coachee for once in a week and Coach has the freedom to choose the time slot for you. You can request the coach to have the next session be expedited as soon as possible but coach will have the final say in choosing the day and time for you
